Getting started with a Dubsado setup is simple. Here is what working together looks like, step by step:
01 Discovery Call
We will chat about your business, your goals, and whether a setup is the right fit.
02 Sign Up
If we are a good fit, you will receive a proposal, contract, and invoice. Your spot is secured once the first payment is made.
03 Strategy Session
A two-hour deep dive to map out every detail of your client process.
04 Dubsado Setup
I will build all the assets and workflows in Dubsado. Build time is about one week from your assigned date.
05 Offboarding & Support
We will review your setup in a final call, and you will have 30 days of email support, edits and calls as you start using your new system.

Setups take approximately 1 week to complete once I have all the information I need to get started. Before starting, you'll have some pre-work to complete and a Strategy session.

Once you sign up, we’ll have a Strategy Call to get clear on all the steps of your client process. Before the call you’ll have to complete an onboarding questionnaire and a draft client process.
After our call, I’ll send you a list of remaining content I need for your setup. Once that is provided, your build date is assigned.
Starting on your build date, I’ll build all the content and workflows in your Dubsado account. Everything will be completed in approx. 1 week.
Next, we'll have a offboarding call to take you through your entire Dubsado setup. I’ll be available for support for 30 days as you begin using your setup.

For a Dubsado setup, your time is needed in the following ways:
Onboarding Questionnaire: this step is to gather basic information about your business and needs to be completed before our Strategy Call. Time: 3-4 hours
Strategy Call: during this call we will map out your desired client process together. Time: 2 hours
Pre-Work: after our Strategy call, I will send you a list of items needed to build your workflows plus the canned emails for you to review. Time: 3-5 hours
Feedback: as I build your setup I will reach out to you with questions or ask for feedback on some items. Time: 1-2 hour
Offboarding Call: once everything is done, we’ll have an Offboarding call to go through all your workflows together. Time: 90 minutes
Testing the setup: During the 30 days of support, I encourage you to test the setup and let me know if there are any edits needed. Time: 2+ hours

Yes. I offer a 50/50 payment plan for Dubsado setups.
The first installment is due after signing your contract, to secure your spot on my calendar, and the next installment is due 1 week before your build date.

Yes. After your Dubsado setup is complete, I am available for 30 days of support to answer questions related to your setup as you implement the system with your clients.
You also have access to several hours of edits or calls as you begin testing the setup or using it with clients.
I also provide you with access to a Dubsado Video Library and other reference materials to support you along the way.

Not quite. Even if you have forms, emails, or workflows in place, a full setup is still needed. In fact, starting with existing content can sometimes be a little more complex, since I will carefully review and refine what you already have to make sure everything fits together seamlessly.
Think of it like renovating a home instead of building new. It might look easier to reuse what is there, but often it takes extra care and attention to make the finished result just right.

If you have any emails you frequently send to clients, you can share them with me. I can use those emails as a starting point to craft canned emails for your setup in Dubsado.
