If we’re a good fit, I’ll send you a proposal, contract and invoice to sign up. 50% of the invoice total is due upon signing the contract.

Frequently asked Questions

 

  • Setups take approximately 1 week to complete once I have all the information I need to get started. Before starting, you'll have some pre-work to complete and a Strategy session.

  • Once you sign up, you’ll complete an onboarding questionnaire. We'll have a Strategy Call to get clear on all the steps of your client process.

    After our call, I’ll send you a list of content I need before your setup begins. On your project start date, I’ll build all the content and workflows in your Dubsado account for you. Everything will be completed in approx. 1 week.

    Next, we'll have a offboarding call to take you through your entire Dubsado setup. I will be available for e-mail support for 30 days after we wrap.

  • Yes. I offer a 50/50 payment plan for Dubsado setups.

    The first installment is due after signing your contract, to secure your spot on my calendar, and the next installment is due 1 week before your project starts and I start your build in Dubsado.

  • Yes. After your Dubsado setup is complete, I am available for 30 days of support to answer questions as you implement the system with your clients. This does not include updates or changes to your setup.

    I also provide you with access to a Dubsado Video Library and other reference materials to support you along the way.

    You can also sign up for an enhanced support package with 2 check-in calls during the support perior.

  • No. Having content built in Dubsado (forms, emails, etc.) does not reduce the complexity or scope of a setup. If anything, it can be a longer and more complex setup trying to fit and repurpose all the existing pieces.

    It’s like building a house trying to reuse an existing structure vs. building a brand new house - the first option can be much more complex.

  • Yes! I write all your canned emails for you.

    If you have any emails you frequently send to clients, you can share them with me. I can use those emails as a starting point to craft canned emails for your setup in Dubsado.
