The Unexpected Benefits of Using Dubsado
Dubsado has some amazing features that provide a lot of value to business owners and I’ve covered many of these features in previous blog posts.
In this post I’ll go over these unexpected benefits and list the changes and transformations I’ve observed in my clients once they have a Dubsado setup that delivers their client process in a more automated way.
I’m always amazed that a CRM like Dubsado delivers so much more than simply a list of features. When set up correctly it can have a transformative effect on a business, the business owner and the clients they serve.
And these are just a few benefits - as I continue to work with more coaches and service based business owners, I’m sure this list will expand and I’ll continue to share more of these transformations with you.

It helps you stick to your boundaries
During a Dubsado setup, I create packages and proposals using the pricing and payment plans that clients feel comfortable moving forward with.
This means when they’re on a sales call and start talking about their services, they’re much more likely to remain firm in their pricing and the payment plans they offer because that's what is inside their Dubsado account and what is used in their workflows.
They’re less likely to lower their prices and change their payment plans out of fear.
There are situations where they can make exceptions and provide custom packages - but that means that they will need to do some work to tailor everything to that new price or payment plan, so they will only do this when it truly makes sense.
It builds your confidence in your offers
Before they had a Dubsado setup done, many of my clients had a partial or incomplete setup in Dubsado or were using a mashup of different pieces of software.
The end result was a client experience they were not too proud of or confident in, and one that definitely did not match the caliber of the services they provide.
