A strategy session is a 2-hour working session where we map your complete client journey together, from the moment someone inquires to the moment the project wraps up.
For most clients, we move straight into a full setup. In some cases, starting here first makes more sense. We'll figure out the right path together on your discovery call.

Optional add-on: review of your existing CRM account if you've already built workflows, forms and emails.

We have a conversation to confirm the session is the right starting point for where you are in your business.

02 Complete the Pre-work
You'll receive a questionnaire to fill out before our session. This needs to be submitted at least 24 hours before our call.
03 Strategy Session
We spend 2 hours mapping your full client journey together, reviewing what you've prepared and refining it into a clear, workable process.
04 Written Summary
Within 5 business days I'll send you a written summary with your recommended workflow structure and clear next steps.

In most cases, yes. A strategy session is typically recommended for clients who already have an existing account that needs to be assessed before moving into a full build.

No. This is a strategy and planning session only. You'll walk away with a clear plan you can implement yourself or hand off to someone else. If you'd like help with the implementation, a full done-for-you setup is the next step.

If you decide to move forward with a done-for-you setup within 2 weeks of receiving your summary, your session fee will be credited toward your setup investment.

Yes. After booking you'll receive a questionnaire and a client process document to complete. Both need to be submitted at least 24 hours before your session or the session will need to be rescheduled
