Here’s what it looks like to work together step by step:

01 Discovery Call

We confirm fit and talk through your goals. If we’re a good fit, I’ll send you a proposal, contract and invoice to secure your spot.

02 Strategy Session

We map your full client journey in detail. You’ll complete an onboarding questionnaire beforehand so we use our time efficiently.

03 Build Week

I implement everything inside your HoneyBook account. I may reach out with questions or feedback requests to keep things moving.

04 Offboarding & Support

We do a complete walkthrough of your setup during the offboarding call and start post-project support. Your setup is fully yours from this point forward - built to run without me.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • While I handle the heavy lifting, your involvement is important at key stages to ensure your system reflects your business accurately.

    Here’s what to expect:

    • Onboarding Questionnaire: Completed before the Strategy Call. Time: 3-4 hours

    • Strategy Call: We map out your client process together. Time: 2 hours

    • Finalize Content: After the call, you confirm your process and provide any remaining assets. Time: 2-3 hours

    • Build: I complete the setup. You may be asked for occasional feedback or quick approvals. Time: 1-2 hours

    • Offboarding Call: Full walkthrough of your completed system.  Time: 90 minutes

    • Testing & Support: As you begin using your system, you can request clarification and small edits. Time: 2+ hours

  • Once all pre-work is complete, your setup is typically completed within one week. We complete the strategy and pre-work beforehand so the build moves quickly once we start.

  • Yes. All setups have a 50/50 payment plan. The first installment is due when you sign the contract to secure your spot. The second is due before your build date.

  • Yes. A support period is included so you feel confident using your new system. During this time, I’m available for questions as you start bringing clients through your workflows. A set number of hours for small edits or calls is included to ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • Yes. Canned emails are written for you and tailored to the client process we map out together. If you already have drafts you love, I’ll refine them. Otherwise, I can draft the first version for you.

  • If you're still mapping out your process or want clarity before committing to a full build, a Client Process Strategy Session might be the right first step. We spend 2 hours mapping your full client journey together and you walk away with a written summary and clear next steps.

    If you already have some templates or emails built in HoneyBook and are ready for a full setup, the investment remains the same regardless. My goal is to deliver a system that is guaranteed to work, which means reviewing and rebuilding every piece to make sure everything connects perfectly.
