What is the process and the time commitment for me?

While I handle the heavy lifting, your involvement is important at key stages to ensure your system reflects your business accurately. Here's what to expect: Onboarding Questionnaire (3-4 hours), Strategy Call (2 hours), Finalize Content (2-3 hours), Build with occasional feedback (1-2 hours), Offboarding Call (90 minutes), and Testing and Support (2+ hours).

How long does it take to complete a Dubsado setup?

Once all pre-work is complete, your setup is typically completed within one week. We complete the strategy and pre-work beforehand so the build moves quickly once we start.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. All setups have a 50/50 payment plan. The first installment is due when you sign the contract to secure your spot. The second is due before your build date.

Do you provide support once the setup is complete?

Yes. A support period is included so you feel confident using your new system. During this time, I'm available for questions as you start bringing clients through your workflows. A set number of hours for small edits or calls is included to ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll also receive access to a Dubsado video library for continued reference.

Do you write the emails for the setups?

Yes. Canned emails are written for you and tailored to the client process we map out together. If you already have drafts you love, I'll refine them. Otherwise, I can draft the first version for you.

Is there a lower cost option if I'm not ready for a full setup?

If you already have some forms or emails built in Dubsado and are ready for a full setup, the investment remains the same regardless. My goal is to deliver a system that is guaranteed to work, which means reviewing and rebuilding every piece to make sure everything connects perfectly. In some cases, based on what we discuss on the discovery call, I may recommend starting with a standalone strategy session before moving into the full build. We'll figure out the right path together.
