How long does it take to complete a Dubsado setup?

Once all pre-work is complete, your setup is typically completed within one week. We complete the strategy and pre-work beforehand so the build moves quickly once we start.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. All setups have a 50/50 payment plan. The first installment is due when you sign the contract to secure your spot. The second is due before your build date.

Do you provide support once the setup is complete?

Yes. A support period is included so you feel confident using your new system. During this time, I'm available for questions as you start bringing clients through your workflows. A set number of hours for small edits or calls is included to ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll also receive access to a Dubsado video library for continued reference.

Do you write the emails for the setups?

Yes. Canned emails are written for you and tailored to the client process we map out together. If you already have drafts you love, I'll refine them. Otherwise, I can draft the first version for you.
