No. This session is focused on troubleshooting, guidance, and mapping things out together. I won't be making changes inside your account during or after our time together.

We'll prioritize based on what you share in your pre-work document, so we make the most of the time we have. If it turns out you need more extensive help, like a full account build, I can let you know what that would look like.

Not necessarily. If you're mapping out a new client process, we can work through that even if you haven't built anything in Dubsado yet. If you have an existing account you'd like reviewed, that works too.

You'll receive a short pre-work document to fill out at least 24 hours before our session, so I know exactly what to focus on. After our call, you'll get a recording to keep.
